✨ Important Update ✨

I want to share a quick note with my valued massage clients.

Beginning February 1, 2026, my massage rates will increase by $10 per treatment.

This is the first price increase in 7 years, and it was not a decision I made lightly. I’ve worked hard to keep my services accessible while continuing to grow, invest in my practice, and provide the quality of care you expect and deserve.

Please note that all gift certificates purchased prior to January 1, 2026, will be fully honored at the previous rate.

I’m incredibly grateful for your continued trust and support—it truly means the world to me. Thank you for allowing me to continue doing what I love while supporting your health and well-being. 🩷

My journey into massage began in Manitoba. After growing up in a small town and completing my training at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg, I have now spent seven years honing my skills and building meaningful connections with clients .

I’m also registered through NHPC, so I provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurer—direct billing isn’t available, but I aim to make the paperwork as easy as possible .
