Some people are part of the story in ways you don’t always see…

From the very beginning, Diane has been behind the scenes at Northgate Pharmacy - keeping our books in order, sharing her incredible experience, and quietly helping make this pharmacy what it is today.

But what we’ll remember most isn’t just how much she knows or how well she knows the numbers. It’s the way Diane cares about people. She is thoughtful, kind, trustworthy, and always thinking about how she can help someone else.

Today, we’re celebrating Diane as she heads into retirement. We’re incredibly excited for her and this next chapter, even though she will be very deeply missed around here. 💐

Answering questions about your health and medications isn’t interrupting us - it’s literally our job. And honestly, it’s one of the most important parts of being a pharmacist.
