Postpartum care shouldn’t stop at the baby. 🤍

In Dr. Shirley Heinen, ND’s latest blog, she explores the physical, hormonal, emotional, and nutritional changes that can happen after birth—and how individualized naturopathic support can help women feel more supported through the postpartum season.

From fatigue and mood changes to nutrition, hair loss, sleep, and recovery, this blog is all about caring for the mother, too.

Wildfire smoke can place extra stress on your respiratory system.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is well known for supporting the body’s natural production of glutathione and helping maintain healthy respiratory function. While it isn’t a substitute for limiting smoke exposure, it may be a valuable addition to your wellness routine during wildfire season.

Visit us in-store and we’d be happy to help you decide if NAC is the right fit for you.

✨ NEW BLOG ALERT ✨

“I’m doing the same things I’ve always done. Why isn’t it working anymore?”

If you’ve ever found yourself asking this question, especially in your 40s or 50s, you’re not alone.

Our newest blog by Manjiri Nadkarni explores why weight loss after 40 is genuinely different and how changing hormones, muscle mass, stress, sleep, and metabolism can influence your results.

Learn:
✔️ Why eating less and exercising more may no longer be the answer
✔️ How estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, insulin, and cortisol affect weight
✔️ The role of protein, strength training, sleep, and blood sugar balance
✔️ An Ayurvedic perspective on healthy aging and metabolism
✔️ What to know about GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro

The good news? Your body isn’t broken. It simply needs a different approach than it did twenty years ago.

📖 Read the full blog now on our website.
