Sometimes an osteopathic adjustment isn’t the complete answer. 🤍
When pain has been developing for years (or even decades), your body may have created compensations that involve multiple layers of your muscles, joints, and nervous system. That’s where osteopathy can really stand out. We don’t just look at where it hurts—we look at the whole picture and address the compensatory patterns contributing to or resulting from your symptoms.
But treatment doesn’t stop there.
Once we’ve improved your movement ability, your body needs to learn how to use that new movement. Strengthening weak muscles and retraining your nervous system helps your body build stability, coordination, and confidence in those changes.
Because sometimes the difference between temporary relief and lasting change is what happens after the adjustment. 💪🏼🧠
We say it all the time: it’s a terrible business plan, but our goal is to hopefully not see you anymore. 😉
Tired of treating the symptoms without getting to the bigger picture? Send us a DM—we’d love to help you move better and feel better for the long term. ✨
