Healing needs a lot of strength…strength in the space of love and light, strength in learning how to trust in life and believe in the Self….
Healing is a Soul, Mind and Body Journey…it’s a journey of conscious embodiment, of clearing karmic debts, of the consistent clearing and renewal of belief programs and patterns.
Healing is breathing through the layers of who we are told we are and how we should live, feel, speak and show up to life and creating the space for what our Divine Essence is communicating and welcoming us to embrace and embody as Truth.
When we choose to heal, we walk the path of love and light with God, the Self and Creation rooting and grounding our essence with Mother Earth.
Healing requires us to be open to forgiveness and welcoming grace and compassion in the space where we felt betrayed, unheard, rejected…abandoned for who we truly are to meet the expectations of others…starting with our family dynamics.
As we heal, we inhale love, exhale gratitude…welcoming all emotions, thoughts and sensations to flow…
Magic is born in the space of Changing our Perception and taking responsibility for creating our own reality that sing and dance in alignment with the rhythm of our own soul and body.
Healing is the Conscious Journey of Self Love, Self Care and Self Commitment….learning how to live in balance and harmony as within so without, as above so below.
