Let us highlight a valued member of the ZONE team.

Craig is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping clients reach their full potential. His special interests include acute sports injuries, soccer athletes, strength and conditioning, and cycling. His journey into physiotherapy was inspired by a close family friend and his own experience with rehab as a varsity soccer player. Known for his approachable, energetic, and creative nature, Craig loves delivering personalized care and supporting clients in exceeding their expectations. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys road cycling, strength training, and spending time with his two young children.

ZONE Therapist Spotlight: Meet Connor Trumier

At ZONE Physiotherapy, we take pride in our team clinicians, and today we are shining the light on the great work by Connor!

Connor grew up with a passion for sports, actively participating in softball, hockey, volleyball, and cross-country running. Inspired by witnessing friends return to their athletic pursuits through physical therapy, Connor knew he wanted to help others achieve similar success in recovery. Known for his charismatic, goal-oriented, and driven nature, he is dedicated to empowering clients to take charge of their fitness and well-being, guiding them toward achieving their personal goals.

Outside of work, he strives to achieve his own personal fitness goals as he regularly partakes in powerlifting as part of his regular training routine. His journey into physiotherapy began after a wrist injury in high school, where he was inspired by the care he received from his physiotherapist.
