Today I tried to return three unworn sports bras/tops to . Tags on, hangers included — they didn’t fit. I was told has a new return policy: anything considered an “undergarment,” including sports bras and bra-style tops, is now final sale.

Meanwhile, swimwear is still returnable as long as the hygienic liner is intact. Women’s pajamas (usually worn without a bra) are returnable.

I asked where this new policy was posted. The manager insisted signs were up. We walked to the sportswear section — no signs. I was then told I should’ve checked the bra section for the notice…

This policy is toward women. Men can buy shirts, wear them without a bra, return them, and no one cares that their breast’s touched the fabric.

Why is women’s clothing being held to a different standard? Why is a woman’s chest treated as a hygiene risk but a man’s isn’t?
