The root cause was never your “tight” muscles…
(It wasn’t the “weak” ones either.)
Because if stretching or strengthening actually worked long-term, you wouldn’t still be dealing with chronic aches. You wouldn't be stuck in that frustrating loop of doing the same exercises over and over, just to end up right back where you started.
Think about it: if stretching a tight muscle or strengthening a weak one actually fixed the breakdown, you would already be fully recovered. Instead, you are caught in a cycle of temporary relief followed by the exact same tightness or ache the next time you try to train or get busy.
The reality is that your body functions as an interconnected system. A "tight" or "weak" muscle is almost always a secondary symptom—a protective reaction because a joint somewhere else isn't moving properly or is forcing another area to overwork.
Until you assess and change the global movement mechanics, the symptom will keep coming back.
