From Surviving to Safety
A Root Chakra Sound Bath
❤️❤️❤️
Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is to always feel like you have to keep it all together?
Maybe you've been carrying stress for so long that your body never fully relaxes.
Maybe you're always planning, preparing, or worrying about what's next.
Or maybe you're simply craving one hour where nothing is expected of you.
The Root Chakra is the foundation of our energy system. It's associated with safety, stability, belonging, and the ability to feel grounded in our daily lives. When we've been under prolonged stress, it's common to feel disconnected from that sense of security—even if life looks "fine" on the outside.
From Surviving to Safety is a one-hour sound bath designed to give your nervous system permission to slow down.
Through the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, wah wah tubes, ocean drum, and other soothing instruments, you'll be invited to rest, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a steadier, more grounded version of yourself.
Whether you believe in chakras, simply enjoy relaxing sound baths, or you're just feeling overwhelmed by life, you're welcome here.
No previous experience is necessary.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling calmer, steadier, and more rooted than when you arrived.
