Breaking the cycle:
Healing the seven generations. One of the deepest parts of healing is having the courage to recognize the patterns that have been carried through our family line for generations. Trauma, control, abuse, and unhealthy behaviors can be passed down. Not because anyone is destined to repeat them, but because they often go unseen. Healing begins when we become aware.

As I continue my own journey, I’ve come to understand that many of our nervous system responses are connected to experiences that shaped not only us but the generations before us. When we notice our triggers with curiosity instead of judgment, we create the opportunity to respond with compassion, rather than continue old patterns. To me, breaking ancestral cycles isn’t about blaming those who came before us, it’s about honoring their struggles while choosing a different path. Choosing love over fear, peace over control, kindness over criticism. I believe each of us can become a turning point in our family’s story. We can create a legacy where future generations inherit greater emotional safety, self-worth, and resilience. Our past may have shaped us, but it does not have to define us. Healing is a gift we give ourselves, those who came before and those who come after. Every act of awareness, compassion, and courage helps break the cycle.

Good morning Beautiful Souls!!

A message came to me this morning and only take what resonates this is about Jealousy.

Jealousy usually comes up when someone feels like something they want is being had by someone else. It’s often rooted in insecurity, fear of not measuring up, or feeling like you’re missing recognition, love or opportunities. Sometimes it’s less about the other person and more about our own unhealed doubts. And yeah, sometimes people do get stuck in that feeling. It’s hard when someone can’t yet see their own ability to create something they feel like someone else is taking away what could have been theirs. But, in a way, that energy focused on jealousy takes away from their own creativity and productivity and their ability to nourish themselves. So, yeah, in a way it can be taking away from themselves. It can help sometimes to gently notice when that feeling comes up, and maybe ask what need is underneath the feeling. Is it a need for recognition, for reassurance, for support? That little check-in can turn comparison into self check in.

Well that’s a wrap! 🎉

Marsha and I surrendered to the rain packing up. We were soaked head to toe! We had such a blast this weekend!

Anyone who got a reading from Marsha this weekend and wants to talk more, she will be at the store this weekend!!

Thank you too all the wonderful organizers, performers, and fellow vendors for making this market so much fun!

I am currently accepting new clients and will commence hosting sessions starting June 13, 2026. My pricing structure includes 30-minute sessions for $50 and 15-minute children's sessions for $25.
