Most people don’t think twice about where their tongue rests… but it plays a HUGE role in your breathing, jaw development, swallowing, facial balance, and even sleep quality.

Proper tongue posture means your tongue sits:
✨ Fully on the roof of your mouth
✨ Light suction (not force)
✨ Lips together, breathing through your nose

When your tongue isn’t in the right spot, you might notice:
