Gimmee Your Digits: Nails & Aesthetics Your professional home-based nail & aesthetics studio in Saskatoon, SK since 2017. Hello, I'm Kim! I did my initial training for nail enhancements in 2017.

I am the sole owner and service provider of Gimmee Your Digits. Since then, I have acquired a few more certificates and I continue to advance my skills. I earned a high honours bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in 2021, and I love bringing an eye for artistry into all of my services. I also offer handmade aftercare products to help you maintain the results of your services and bring some of the experience home with you. At Gimmee Your Digits, you will receive a complete aesthetic experience.

This video shows one of the many reasons that it is important to not only not try to perform professional services on yourself without proper training, but also to research who you’re going to and ensure that person is trained and qualified.

This was a combination of her lack of training as well as being a nail-biter, making her much more prone to a severe infection. Nail techs are trained to identify diseases and disorders of the nail so that we can avoid and prevent them. We go through practical and technical training before we receive certification.

Please do not try to do these services yourself at home! We are here to provide a professional-quality service. At my studio I will ensure you get a relaxing experience throughout your visit. It’s worth it, I promise ❤️

Reasons you should ALWAYS get a professional product removal:

1. Picking/biting off nail enhancements WILL damage your natural nails, because the top layers of the nail adhered to the enhancement stay attached to what you pick off, leaving you with nails that feel fragile and paper-y for several months until they fully grow out (as someone with sensory issues I can tell you this is not fun)! Furthermore, if you decide to get nail enhancements again before your nail fully grows out from this damage, you are at a higher risk of experiencing sensitivity and even burning sensations during your service.
2. It comes with a complimentary full manicure and IBX nail strengthening treatment (at least it does in my studio)! IBX works inside your nail to give it strength permanently until the nail grows out completely.
3. Allowing your nail enhancements to grow off until they fall off on their own comes with risks including nail infection and severe damage. When the nail lifts, bacteria gets trapped underneath, and even with good hand hygiene it is extremely difficult to avoid. Without regular fills by a professional to remove lifted product, bacterial have the perfect environment to multiply. Since the nail structure is balanced by your tech as well, when it grows out the balance will be off and it can be very easy to catch or rip off your natural nail underneath, which I shouldn’t have to say is VERY uncomfortable!

All of those issues can be avoided by simply making a quick removal appointment. I offer this service at the lowest cost I can because I want to help you preserve the health of your nails at all times. If you have any questions, send me a message!
