Did you know you can ferment cukes and garlic in the same way as cabbage (sauerkraut) making them perfect for gut health and boosting your immune system?

All you need is a salty brine (water and salt) and the veg you want to ferment. There is no vinegar used in this process! These are in various stages of doneness, you can see one jar is almost ready for the fridge.

Feeling incredibly grateful after such a beautiful grand opening celebration last night 🩶

To everyone who came out to celebrate, tour the space, share kind words, hugs and encouragement—thank you for being part of this special milestone and making the evening so meaningful.

Walking in to the clinic today and seeing the beautiful flowers scattered throughout the space brought such a sense of joy, warmth, and gratitude. This little dream has been built with so much support, and I feel so lucky to share this next chapter with such an amazing community.

And while we talk a lot about letting things go around here….yesterday gave me so much to hold onto.

Opening the new clinic has been…a lot. Stress trumped the joy and excitement for a few days. We all need those gentle reminders to use the tools in our tool belt, especially when things get hard. What do you need a reminder for? Breath? Chewing your food? Tummy massage?
