We are witnessing the collapse of an outdated system that is no longer working.

We are witnessing people having to sell or close down their once thriving businesses. People are struggling to afford their cost of living because of overpriced items like groceries. What were once common expenses are now considered luxury items.

We are witnessing a healthcare system that is collapsing under the pressure. Staff is steadily decreasing while the amount of patients is drastically increasing. People can no longer handle the stress of life and it is causing an influx of diseases. Mental health problems are also at an all-time high.

We are witnessing people fighting and dividing over things like religion, gender identity, and ethnic race. Many have forgotten how to love.

I could literally go on and on but I’m sure you understand what I’m saying.

However, all of this purging is coming to the surface because these issues need to be flushed out in order to be healed. We are on this planet to experience the birth of a new way of life. Yes it is incredibly difficult to witness this societal collapse but it is important to not attach to these old systems. People are struggling because we are trying to cling to things that are no longer functional. If we can accept this upheaval as a necessary step to change then we can easily let go of the old. By doing so, we can make way for the new and finally heal as a collective system. Trust that what is happening is for the greater good. If you have care, compassion, gratitude, and appreciation in your heart then you are ultimately creating the New Earth.

The New Earth is already here it’s just that the old world is kicking and screaming on the way out.

Money is such an interesting topic. It’s both loved and feared to the extreme. I used to feel like I didn’t deserve/need it because of the type of services I provide. However I feel abundance, including financial prosperity, is a God-given right. God is abundance! So why are there so many that feel like they shouldn’t have it? Yes giving up your power for the sake of money is one thing, but we shouldn’t be ashamed for feeling like we deserve a wealthy life. Granted a person can find wealth in so many things, but I feel money in particular is one of the most yearned aspects to abundance. There’s just so many skewed beliefs around it that now society has kind of put itself into a pickle lol😋

Check out this wonderful guided breathing technique by Wim Hof. It reduces stress, gives you a faster recovery from physical exertion, offers better sleep, improves mental clarity/focus, plus more! He recommends to not do this breathing exercise while driving or in water.

I find for me this technique really helps with anxiety. It’s very grounding and seems to calm my mind and body down fairly easily.

When I hold on the exhale I feel like a baby in a womb. No breath, just my heart beat in a nurturing energetic cocoon💖

This is a slower paced Wim Hof Method breathing exercise that starts with a 30 seconds hold building up to 90 seconds breath hold. Very suitable for beginner...
