One thing I love about Manual Osteopathic Therapy is that we aren't just chasing the spot that hurts.

Bodies compensate.

They adapt.

Sometimes the area screaming the loudest isn't the only part of the story.

That's why a session might include areas you weren't expecting. I'm looking at how things are moving and working together rather than treating your body like a collection of separate parts.

What seems to be talking the loudest in your body lately?

A treatment doesn't always need to hurt to be effective.

Some bodies respond beautifully when we stop trying to overpower them.

My work can include manual osteopathic techniques, craniosacral therapy, visceral work, myofascial techniques, and other hands-on approaches depending on what I am finding and what your body needs that day.

The technique is not the goal

Helping your body move, adapt, and settle more comfortably is.

If your body feels like it is constantly "on," pushing harder is not always the answer.

You might notice:
- you can't seem to fully relax
- you carry constant tension in your jaw or shoulders
- you're sleeping, but still don’t feel rested
- little things feel more overwhelming than they used to

There can be many reasons we feel this way, but sometimes it's a sign that your body has been carrying alot for a long time.

It can be an invitation to look at your stress load, sleep, recovery, and how much you're asking your body to manage day after day.

This is one of the reasons I love CranioSacral Therapy.

It's a gentle, hands-on approach that works with your body rather than asking it to tolerate more. Many people find the quiet, gentle nature of a session deeply relaxing.

Book a session and give your body a little space to unwind.

Today is my second day in my new clinic, and I'm sitting here feeling incredibly grateful.

Starting over is exciting...but if I'm honest, it's also a little scary.

This move wasn't just about changing locations. It was about choosing to build a practice that's truly aligned with who I am, how I believe the body heals, and the people I feel called to serve.

Over the past few months, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on the kind of therapist I want to be. I've realized I don't just want to help people temporarily feel better. I want to help them better understand their bodies and support lasting healing.

That's the direction this new chapter is taking.

To everyone who has followed me through the years, trusted me with your care, encouraged me, prayed for me, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines, thank you. Your support means more than you know.

And if you're new here, welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I can't wait to share more about what I'm building, what I'm learning, and why I'm more excited about my work than ever before.

Here's to new beginnings.

"I thought this was just part of getting older."

Can we stop normalizing things that are common but not normal?

Constant exhaustion.
Daily headaches.
Living with tension.
Waking up tired.
Feeling disconnected from your body.

Just because many women experience something doesn't mean it's how your body was designed to function.

Sometimes the first step toward healing is simply realizing you deserve to feel better.

What symptom have you been told is "normal"?

06/10/2026

1️⃣ Your body was designed to heal.
Not perfectly. Not instantly. But healing is what your body is trying to do every single day.

2️⃣ Stress doesn't just affect your mood.
It can impact your hormones, digestion, sleep, energy, immune system, and pain levels.

3️⃣ Pain is often the last symptom to appear.
By the time pain shows up, your body may have been waving red flags for months or even years.

4️⃣ Rest is productive.
If your nervous system is overwhelmed, slowing down isn't being lazy—it's supporting healing.

5️⃣ Your daily products matter.
The things you use every day can have a bigger impact on your health than the supplements you remember to take once in a while.

Most women have been taught to manage symptoms.
I want women to understand what their bodies are trying to tell them and support the root causes instead.

Being a manual therapist and a Young Living brand partner and a wife and a mom is a LOT. Some days I absolutely have it together. Other days I'm eating crackers for lunch and wondering where the morning went.

But here's what keeps me going...

I genuinely love what I do. All of what I do.

When someone walks out of my treatment room standing taller, breathing easier, saying "I haven't felt this good in years" — that never gets old. Ever.

And when someone messages me to say the Thieves products changed their whole approach to their home and their health — same feeling.

I didn't build this life perfectly. Im building it piece by piece, learning as I go, showing up even when it gets hard.

If you're on your own wellness journey, whether that's your health, your home, your career, just keep going. You
don't have to have it all figured out. Neither do I. And I'm doing okay.

Can't sleep? It might not be stress. It might be your nervous system.

One of the most common things clients tell me after their first CranioSacral Therapy session is "I slept better than I
have in years."

And it makes complete sense when you understand how CST works.

Your central nervous system controls everything including your ability to rest, recover and sleep deeply. When there
are restrictions in the craniosacral system, your nervous system stays in a state of low-level stress. Even when you're "relaxed."

CranioSacral Therapy releases those restrictions. It literally gives your nervous system permission to shift into rest mode.

The results I see with clients:
■ Falling asleep faster
■ Staying asleep through the night
■ Waking up actually rested
■ Less anxiety during the day

If you've tried everything for your sleep and nothing is working — have you tried working with your nervous system directly?

This is what I do. And I'd love to help you.

DM me or comment SLEEP to schedule your CranioSacral session.
