We are hiring a customer service/front desk specialist to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, and has a passion for building relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated to balance several responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment, while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. Above all the candidate must share our commitment to providing excellent customer service!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting patients, answering phones, responding to e-mails, faxes, & everyday clerical tasks
- Managing appointment schedule
- Preparing customer files
- Accepting payments
- Opening & closing procedures
- Accounting tasks
- Educating patients about different treatments options, including guidance in home care routines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for customer service and building customer relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage
- Good problem solver
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Passion for aesthetic medicine industry
- Previous medical spa, retail, and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
