Healing starts here. ✨️

Today I started journaling again. I can only write for short periods before my hand gets sore from my work injury, but that's okay. Healing isn't about rushing. It's about showing up, even if it's only for a few minutes at a time.

I've also started pulling "I Am" cards to remind myself of the positive words I need to hear about myself. Then I'll spend some time reading, reflecting, and writing in my Rising Strong journal.

I truly believe this journal I created is helping me heal too. Funny how something that was made to help others has become part of my own journey yet again. Sometimes we create exactly what we end up needing ourselves.

One page. One positive thought. One step at a time. That's enough. ❤️✨

Lately, life has reminded me that healing isn't something we do once.

As many of you know, I'm walking through a hard season myself. Instead of pretending I have all the answers, I'm choosing to lean into the work that has helped me time and time again...
