Have you ever had toothache?😩😫
What was your experience like?
I've been experiencing very severe and excruciating pain the past couple of weeks worse in the past few days, Omo the pain no be here, it's a killing pain, very electrifying and shocking pain.
I had an emergency dental appointment on Thursday, Examination and Xrays showed infection of the nerves in that tooth. I was started on antibiotics and pain killer, given the option of having a root canal done with crown to fix the tooth or extract the tooth. It was one of the back tooth, you can imagine the agony of not being able to eat or drink on that side due to hot/cold sensation.
The medications did not help oo. The pains keep coming and going. So today, I managed to go church after loading myself with the antibiotics and pain medication because I have to do my Father's business 😃😍 Then off I went to my Dentist to have the root canal procedure done. Bekee wu agbara, Science and Medicine bu egwu e ji, correct life savers.
After all the drilling, flushing and grinding, my root canal is successfully done. How am longing for a good night sleep as i haven't had one in a week, i even had to take sleep medication last night for the 1st time in my life 🙃 But we don't look like what we have been through 💯😍
For now, my whole face is numb and I can't even open my mouth but it's okay because in the last 2 hours I have not screamed or cried for pain.
My Daddy used to have toothache in those days, infact his own got to the point that conventional pain medications no longer worked, he found this herbal leaf that he boils and gargles to relieve his pains. I didn't know how painful toothache can be, now that I know am saying a big sorry to my Daddy and feel like giving him a hug☺️❤️
