🍂A little update — and a big thank you ❤

I want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience over the last few weeks while I’ve been transitioning into my new treatment spaces and working through some unexpected challenges.

Last week , my family also experienced a very difficult loss when we had to say goodbye to both of our dogs — most of you know how important they are. I’ve needed a little time away from work to be with my family, process that loss and adjust.

Between this and the clinic transition, and some issues with my online booking, I’ve fallen behind on messages and rescheduling. If you’re waiting to hear from me, please know I havent forgotten about you ! I’m working through my list of clients and responding to messages as quickly as I can & as appointments become available.

Thank you so much for your patience, flexibility and understanding while I get caught back up.

It truly means a lot.

As a gentle reminder, many insurance benefits have now renewed, making this a great time to book and use what you have available !

If maintaining your self-care routine is a priority this year, booking ahead is the best way to stay consistent and keep your body feeling supported. Regular massage can make a big difference over time.

❄️ A Friendly Reminder During Busy Season ❄️

As we head into an especially busy time of year, I want to kindly remind everyone that appointments are in high demand. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, so I have time to offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

✨ Late Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment fee (unless filled - send someone in your place if you can !)

✨ No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments without any notice will be charged the full treatment fee.

I completely understand that true emergencies happen, and I’m always willing to be flexible when needed. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can keep the schedule running smoothly and accommodate as many clients as I can.
