I will be out of the office from May 16th to 31st with limited appointments available next week and through June.

As I tell all of you, restoration is the key to wellness and I have some creative work that needs to happen in order to keep my own chakras in line, so I'm taking my own advice and making time for myself.

Are you ready for a chance to help yourself feel regulated and calm when everything else feels out of balance? ✨️🧘‍♀️

Are you ready to feel the shift from fight or flight to gentle and calm? ✨️😌

Learning about Reiki and energy healing has been the catalyst to changing my life and the way I view the world around me. It has helped me heal parts of myself that I didn't know needed healing and helped me become in touch with and understand myself in ways that I didn't know were possible. In the state of our world today, it only makes sense that I would want to share these teachings with others and allow them to harness reiki as a part of everyday life and wellness. ✨️🕊

I take a gentle and trauma informed approach to the way that I teach reiki (or any subject) and encourage the groups that I work in to learn from and support each other through experiences in the classroom and through life.

After the holidays, life slows down—and for many people, emotions rise. When the noise fades, grief often surfaces, bringing feelings of sadness, heaviness, or loneliness.

This is a natural response to finally having space to feel.

Reiki offers a safe, gentle way to support this time.
Using universal energy, Reiki helps calm the nervous system and softly release emotional weight—without forcing or fixing anything. You’re held, supported, and allowed to move at your own pace.
