Coos + Core is a playful Baby & Me yoga flow that builds connection and a stronger core - while giving you space to share the real talk of motherhood after class.

Weโ€™re so excited to welcome local, award-winning artist and author Vanessa Ferlaino for a special Booked + Balanced event on Sunday, April 19th at 11AM.

Join us for our signature 45-minute yoga flow, followed by an intimate book reading and discussion with Vanessa.

Havenโ€™t finished the book by then? No worries at allโ€”our discussion will focus on meaningful themes that connect to both the book and everyday life.

Even more specialโ€”50% of proceeds will be donated to Save Our Young Adults (SOYA), a local non-profit organization supporting education, advocacy, and awareness around the substance use crisis in SSM.
