PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Good Thursday afternoon everyone.
I just wanted to touch base with you all and apologize to everyone for not being available like I should be or typically used to be.
With a lot of personal events taking place in the last (2) two years I have not been able to dedicate my time to the boutique as I’d hoped and liked to.
As most of you know; my mother who was my whole world passed away in 2024 and that really set me back.
Also in 2024; we were forced out of our living situation we were in happily with my mother when she passed by the toxic family she married into, we had to find a place and FAST, now we have purchased a home, and I have been spending my time settling her affairs in a safe space away from toxic people and influences, so with all of that behind us Kyle and i working on creating a work space, within our new home, to make a new Boutique, a better Boutique, so I can welcome old and new customers safely back into the fold.
While doing so we have another setback.
As some of you are aware in 2019, I received news I had colorectal cancer and it was at a stage 2, and we needed to move quick to get it removed and I went through surgery, and have an ostomy, sadly they didn’t get all the cancer as originally thought, there was a small piece of large bowel that remained, which was never checked for cancer Reminence and unfortunately, it is now a stage 3 cancer, so I am currently undergoing Chemo with a pump 3 days a week on and 11 days on a rest.
The point of me telling you this is because as much as I feel some of you think me to be inconsistent I want you to know that this isn’t the case at all. I’ve just been dealt with a hand of cards that are just incredibly off putting. I handle them one step at a time. ~*~*~ If you as my clients are willing to ride this journey out with me moving forward, thst is great and I appreciate you very much. Now that we are completely VIRTUAL and CONTACTLESS (for payments) this works well for me.
I now send you your book to your email or texting number and you just look through the book and send me clear screenshots or the numbers of the items you want and I can submit the items that way. Super easy, super fast. I contact you like before when orders are in, I pay for your order ahead of time you pay me when you receive your order. I just ask you make sure what you order is what you want, I am unfamiliar with how to do the RMA orders (Return orders Forms) as that part is more complicated now.
