As the need for our support services continues to grow, so does our Strong Minds team!

We’re currently looking for passionate, reliable, and compassionate individuals who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of others.

We are hiring:
• Support Workers
• Social Workers
• Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

Whether you’re helping someone build independence, supporting their mental and emotional well-being, or simply being a consistent and positive person in their corner — the work you do matters.

Today, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember the lives lost to overdose, stand alongside those who are grieving, and recognize every person who continues to fight for recovery. 💜

Behind every statistic is a person, a family, a friend, and a story that matters.

Overdose can affect anyone, and stigma should never stand in the way of someone seeking help. Compassion, connection, education, harm reduction, and accessible mental health and substance use supports can save lives.

At Strong Minds, we believe every person deserves to be met with dignity and without judgment. We remain committed to creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and reminded that asking for help is a sign of strength.

We are proud to support SOYA (Save Our Young Adults) this evening for the walk at 5pm from city hall to the Bondar Pavilion, and will be taking part in the event at the Pavilion until 8pm tonight. We hope to see you there.
