A regular gel (shellac) sits over the cuticle and the skin around it…so the moment your nails grow, it starts to separate.

A structured Russian manicure removes all of that with precise e-file work. More nail plate exposed, a cleaner edge, and a result that holds for three to four weeks.

I recently had the opportunity to speak in front of a group of students at Korah— educating them on my medical career and the pivot that changed into Jenesis.

This presentation reminded me why I created Jenesis.
To prove the unproven. To earn the trust. To take an industry that already existed and refuse to let it stay the same. To show that a clinical background and an eye for artistry, in the right hands, don’t just coexist. They transform what’s possible to do safely in a treatment room.

My goal from that presentation wasn’t just to educate on the incredible work of our healthcare professionals, or even my own pivot into business ownership.

It was to encourage this generation to take risks. To not be afraid to become trailblazers in their field. And to ignore the people who tell them they can’t work hard enough to build something they actually want.
