On my way to the shop today, I met this beautiful Ruffed Grouse in all his glory. Many dance the Grouse dance to honour these birds. The movement of the dance follows a spiral, which is an ancient symbol of birth and rebirth.... thus.... The Sacred Spiral.

Our store is continuing to support the North Shuswap Emergency Medical Assistant First Responders.

We are offering small plants and non-medical face masks in exchange for a small donation.

100% of the proceeds go to the North Shuswap First Responders to help them acquire additional PPE required during the Covid-19 pandemic.

I will be open every Saturday from 10-3 and offer the items for sale until they are all gone. Suggested donation $3-$5.
