Why are we all in such a rush?! I’m all about checking things off my list but when it comes to important life matters we need to sloooow down. ✋

To give ourselves space and time to connect with that inner guidance system before we can get clear on what truly feels aligned (and what next steps to take).

Slowing down doesn’t mean not being efficient (and who the heck decided that we all had to be efficient at every moment of every da, in every aspect of our life?!)

We have much more to lose by rushing things and not making decisions mindfully so let’s put our foot on the break next time an important decision needs to be made.

There is a reason certain things, places and people are calling you ❈

I know it sometimes takes time to receive what our heart is yearning for.

I’ve had to be patient in many areas of my life to manifest what eventually came to me in divine timing…

And I’m also still in patience mode when it comes to other aspects (like a romantic partner that is truly aligned).

What matters is not losing the belief but also living a life that sends a message to the universe that you are in a space that is ready to welcome your wishes in.

I literally just had to follow my own advice and do this >> Energy is real and when it becomes stagnant or negative we need to physically move out of that space.

This doesn’t mean you need to go for a 30 min jog. It can be simply changing rooms (but ideally yes, some form of movement as easy as a 5 min walk).

Haters gonna hate (on social media) and honestly, they are the ones stuck with the bad vibes so I truly feel bad for them.

As for « real people » in our life behaving badly, it’s up to us to decide how much we let them in (while remembering that their actions are a reflection on them, not us).
