When she was young, Hyacinth was torn between becoming a doctor or pursuing a career in the arts. She eventually decided on taking a pre-medical course in university. Halfway through her degree, she realized she really wanted to be in the arts and continued her education in film and advertising. She worked for a number of years in the industry and spent most of her career in production design for

TV commercials. Many years and many kids later, Hyacinth realized that acupuncture and other alternative medicine was her first choice when it comes to her family’s health. With her kids grown, she decided to come back full circle and answer her calling as a healer through Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
