Have you ever heard of a (BSI)? It's the umbrella diagnosis for injuries caused by overloading the bone. On the severe side of the spectrum, there's what we call On the mild side of the spectrum, we call it a This commonly occurs with increased activities within a short period of time.
There is not a straight forward recommendation for the recovery and treatment of these injuries. Sometimes you can still do regular activities, but other cases we recommend staying off of it completely. You really should consult a Physiotherapist in these cases and often a Sports Medicine Physician (which a physio can refer you to)!
