Introducing Sherrin Griffin, our Vice President of Operations for The SeniorCare Group. Sherrin has two passions in life: the first is providing exemplary care for the seniors in our community; the second is writing, which harkens back to her university days as an English major and assistant editor of home and garden magazines back in her hometown in Ontario. Now, as a regular columnist of Seaside magazine, she explores topics relating to seniors, the process of aging and how to live our golden years to their fullest, while infusing her unique style of self-deprecating humour, wit and charm.

As a senior ‘tweenie’ herself, on the brink of becoming a full fledged senior, in this column Sherrin explores common fears and themes of this stage of life and shares her revelations and final sense of gratitude that becoming a senior is really a gift to embrace. Enjoy her column below!
