I am sorry to say that there was not interest in the fitness classes. So I will not be able to move at this time. I will revisit the possibility in January 2027. Please do not show up at the school. There will not be any class tomorrow or Thursday evening.

Butts and Abs! Fitness Class (45min).

Get stronger, burn calories, and have a blast in a lively group environment! All fitness levels are welcome.

This class focuses on building lower body strength, balance, and a strong core while simultaneously reshaping the body. This class blends strength exercises, cardio, and flexibility.

The cost for this class will be $80 plus HST. I can waive the tax if you pay with cash. This cost must be paid upfront in order for me to secure the space.

Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Dates: Tuesday, October 6th until November 24th.
Location: Rollo Bay - École La-Belle-Cloche
What you need to participate: fitness mat, small weights ( soup cans are a suitable alternative), indoor sneakers, and water

Body Boot Camp (60min).

Whether you want to challenge your limits or try something fresh, this class delivers real results. Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class focusing on your entire body - upper and lower through strength training, cardio and flexibility. Great way to firm your arms, legs and increase your core strength.

The cost for this class will be $96 plus HST. I can waive the tax if you pay with cash. This cost must be paid upfront in order for me to secure the space.

Time 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Dates: Thursday, October 8th - November 26th
Location: Rollo Bay - École La-Belle-Cloche
You will need an exercise mat, free weight (soup cans will work), indoor sneakers and water.

Space is limited, so grab your spot early.

Our hearts are heavy as we learn of the tragic accident yesterday.
In our small community a loss like this rocks the whole community.
Together we stand in support, compassion, and kindness—not only for the families and friends that have been directly affected, but for everyone in the community whose lives have been touched by this tragic and heartbreaking loss our heroes and others.
