Pay attention to how your nervous system feels around people.
Your body always knows.

This wide world is a wild place. We need to make time for and seek out the people who are genuinely there for us, not just in physical presence, but in heart presence too. Those who tune into your depth and support you no matter what.

🌸🌲Snuck away for a spring hike with my kids the other day. No agenda or timeline, just the woods, the river, and being outside together.

The eyes often say what words cannot.

I remember hearing this as a child:
“The eyes are the window to the soul and the mirror of the heart.” 💖

It has always stayed with me. There’s something about a gaze that carries truth, raw honesty, curiosity, kindness, stress, fear, excitement, nervousness… it’s all quietly reflected there.

Over the years I’ve noticed it more and more. You can often tell how someone is feeling just by looking into their eyes. And after a moment of calm, when the nervous system relaxes, the eyes shift too. They soften. They lighten. They reflect a quiet warmth and resilience.

A small reminder: being genuine and kind shows, often before a single word is spoken.

I notice it in people’s eyes, how they soften, brighten, and reflect a quiet warmth after a moment of calm. Taking the time to nurture yourself through body and energy work relaxes the mind, heart, and soul, and the shift shows, sometimes before you even speak.

I love witnessing the shift in someone’s eyes after a treatment, and it makes my heart feel grateful. ☺️

🌷Brighter days start tomorrow with Daylight Savings. And Spring Equinox is in 13 days. 🐇🐇🐇

I find that spring always shifts something in me. The light changes, the air feels different, and everything starts opening again.

It is a reminder that things are always moving, even when we cannot see it yet. New energy. ✨New possibilities.✨

Spring Equinox has a special kind of magic. It marks the midpoint between the winter and summer solstices, when day and night are nearly equal and the earth sits in a rare moment of balance.

A time of renewal and the awakening of the earth. I love practicing certain rituals at different times of the year. This season is all about cleaning and clearing, physically and mentally. Lighting candles, gathering around big bonfires, setting intentions, and planting seeds. 🌱🕯️
