If you are anything like us and the ladies at the medicine shoppe, you have several (too small) kids Halloween costumes hanging around the house.

We will be hosting a costume swap from September 15 to October 15.

Bring in any amount of gently used costumes and grab a new to you costume. Take one, leave one. Take one. Leave one.

Open to kid and adult costumes. Only thing we ask is to bring in good used condition so others can use it this season. Be curious to others.

We will have a rack set up September 15 at the front of the store.

In 2014, I was training for a 125km ultramarathon through the Canadian Rockies: Three mountain summits, 17,000 feet of elevation change. I thought I was at my healthiest.
