This was a sad way to wake up this morning. But I’m so thankful to a passerby sent me an email to let me know what had happened. Another passerby called and texted as well❤️. I posted in the local community chat to see if anyone had seen anything as well as my personal page and the community and everyone is so supportive.
dropped the kids off at school and we tag teamed the glass sweeping (this stuff gets everywhere!).
My mom jumped in and helped reschedule meetings that I had today, friends reached out to see if they could help. When I called Superior Glass and they didn’t have people on shift to come immediately they referred me to Crystal glass Spruce Grove and gave me their number because they knew they would be able to have someone over asap and they were right- Crystal Glass was over right away and it’s already all sealed and cleaned up.
My landlord with EPC property management came by and helped direct me on what to do next. The police were very friendly to talk with and were sympathetic.
Clients were very understanding and supportive as well when we had to push a few back to get this secured.
So despite the initial shock, frustration and sadness you can’t help but feel the love from the community, clients and of course friends and family.
Thank you everyone for your love and support ❤️
I thought this song was fitting as it’s called we have to look at the silver linings and make light of it, cause that’s how we keep on keeping on❤️.
