This monthly event is designed to create a safe container for each of us to be seen authentically and with support. Wherever you are on your journey with the work, you are welcome.

JUPITER'S GATHERING💫
where participants learn to hold space for others, for themselves and ultimately meet their higher self and spirit with practice and intention.

It’s a confidential space to discover inner truths, connecting to spirit, the moon, and the self.
Facing harder truths can be overwhelming. This gathering is designed to hold space for you, to help to understand yourself on a deeper level and to connect to yourself and others while doing so.

🔆This offerings ends with a group Reiki Healing and grounding embodiment practice.

Becoming a mother has completely changed me. This probably sounds obvious, but for me I often look back at photos of myself from my ‘old life’ and I have a hard time recognizing the person I used to be.

I didn’t understand that I would have to grieve her either. Postpartum is not a finite amount of time. It’s a process. And a lot of different factors come into account. Physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually etc. it’s not just a bruise that heals and p**f you’re recovered.

It’s a deeply personal journey that only you yourself can navigate at your own pace.

Motherhood is by far the best part of who I am now.
I am a mother.
Not only to Gemma but to my own inner child too. I’m a mother to my fur babies.

I am a mother to all the pieces of my soul that need tending, so that they are nourished and loved too. My self love needs to be on point so my daughter learns how to love herself from this tender age, as she learns by witnessing me lead by example.

Motherhood isn’t a label, it’s a lifestyle full of hard work, choices, feelings and desires. But it’s also the most powerful and inspirational role a person can embody.

I am a mama.
I am loved.
I choose to love.
