My name is Shannon Logan and over the pass twenty years I have had a wide variety of careers choices. From owning my own fast paced vacation rental company to my current heart centred business that sells Fair Trade products for women from developing countries. I like to think of my life achievements as adding tools to my tool box and I feel so very grateful to be adding a new powerful tool to my

box of passions. This past year I have earned my designation as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist from the Pacific Institute of Advanced Hypnotherapy, as well, I am Certified with the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association. I am honoured to be working in this fascinating profession. I am very passionate about empowering lives and my services come from a grounded, experiential foundation. I work with adults and youth to assist them in learning new behaviours, letting go of old programming that no longer serves their lives, anxiety, depression, weight loss, addictive habits, self esteem/confidence and overall life improvement. I believe it is our birthright to thrive in this lifetime and I also believe it is possible to achieve this. All we need is an open mind and desire to make positive changes. The first session consists of a series of customized questions to determine the best course of action for each individual client.Next, we will do a mini session to get you started on your healing journey. I take pride in offering Client Centred Hypnotherapy as each person is beautifully unique.
