ies, experience of holding space for healing and along with my trainings, I help people transform their lives in a powerful healing container. With well over 120 students, I can honestly say holding a training space has become my joy and passion while sharing this modality with others so they may empower themselves on a daily basis. Reiki healing can help a client to gently process emotions that are normally pushed under the “rug of distraction”. These repressed emotions or energy blocks become represented in everyday life as angry, irritability, sadness, depression and sometimes as physical ailments. Whether participating in one-on-one or in a group sessions, Reiki can facilitate gentle healing that's right for each client at the time. Through my own life experiences of depression, post-partum depression and burnout, I help support clients through their own energy blocks. I've learned valuable tools to guide others out of the darkness and gain that peace, contentment and joy that we are all seeking.

I step into my role as a Reiki Master Teacher with so much love, gratitude and respect, for where I am on my own journey, and for where each of my students is on theirs.

One of the things I love most about being a Usui Reiki Master Teacher is knowing that my role doesn’t simply end when the training is over. In many ways, that’s just the beginning.

I’m here to continue walking alongside my students as they grow into their Reiki practice and learn to trust themselves a little more deeply.

Whether it’s something personal around supporting a loved one, navigating a difficult client, wondering what an experience during a session might mean, or trying to understand new sensations, feelings or intuitive awareness that begins to arise. I’m here.

There is never a silly question. Sometimes we simply need someone who has walked the path a little longer to remind us to trust what we already feel within ourselves. 💛

For each and every one of my students, when you reach out, I’m here to listen, support and gently guide where I can.

And truly, being able to continue supporting you long after you leave the classroom is one of the most beautiful blessings of being your teacher. ✨🤗🌸

Hey Southlands/Mount Pearl neighbours! 🧘‍♀️💜

Starting 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝟔:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦, I’ll be offering a Beginner Yoga (a mix of 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐢𝐧 yoga) in our own backyard, at the Southlands Community Centre.

These classes are designed for beginners. You do NOT need to be flexible, experienced, or know your poses! We’ll take our time and create a comfortable space where you can move, stretch, breathe and simply enjoy some time for yourself each week.
