REGARDING THE LATEST
CANADA POST STRIKE AND TVAL SHIPPING: The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike effective Sep 24. Canada Post's operations are shut down
for the duration of the strike. Any orders shipped by Canada Post up to and including September 24 are
unfortunately now caught up in the strike and delivery will be delayed
BUT, Canada Post says they will still deliver them!
NEW shipments cannot be processed through Canada Post. So, we have partnered with 'ClickShip' and will be shiping using other
carriers, (mostly UPS) ***When ordering, you can still select cda post shipping at check out*** So, you don't have to do anything differently on your end,
and our pricing remains the same.
We will automatically ship using a different carrier.
The good news about this is that it also means faster transit time!

Please note that we are still suspending social media activity at this time, due to lack of available time, so please reach out, by text or by calling 709 691-1071. Text is faster :)

Attention! We have been made aware of a CLONE tval website! Luckily a customer made us aware!
I will not list the fake website here, but it is a '.shop' site.

OUR WEBSITE IS A '.COM' site, and it is our only website, except for Anna's Etsy shop in Sweden.

We are currently working on getting this fraudulent site taken down. In the meantime, just in case, our ACTUAL website is:

Holiday Hours for Dec 2024/Jan 2025:
Our shop on Water Street will be closed from Dec 25-Jan 6
Order pickups can still be arranged during this time :)
We will also be continuing to ship orders via Canada Post.

From Jan 7- Jan 16 we will be at the shop, doing renovations and replenishing our stock. Our hours will vary during this time, so please contact us in anvance to verify a mutually convenient time to stop by :)

HelIoooo! It's been a minute, hey?

Here is some important info ,regarding the current Canada Post labour dispute/strike:

After learning that the strike may go on for a while, we have decided to use Purolator Courier for shipping our orders, to avoid any further delays. Anyone who is waiting on a shipment notice should get one from Purolator very soon! I have many orders ready to go in the next few days :)
..we really hope they settle soon, this is not great timing at all!

Hi everyone! It’s been a minute since we’ve posted anything about out what is happening with Tval. I hope many people will read this and spread the word:

We have decided to do a ‘soft opening’. We will be setting store hours by Monday or early next week. We moved into 586 Water Street on July 10. The only reason we have not announced a grand re-opening is because we were unable to make products all this time (except for small scale in my kitchen), because of the month long delay in finalizing our lease. All together, the disruptions have been ongoing since mid-April.

We are working as fast as we can, on very short staffing. I also broke my foot 6 weeks ago, and it has REALLY slowed me down and makes everything way more difficult. I finally got my cast of this afternoon, so I should be fully functional and able to walk, etc. within a short-ish time. Then, I will crank out products and soaps like a machine!

Anyways, back to the point: We wanted to have a lot of stock made and ready, before we announced we are officially open, because we know a lot of people have been anxiously waiting to get their Tval again! We don’t want people to come, only to be disappointed that they cant buy everything they are wanting. ��BUT, we can’t wait any longer! We are getting daily messages from our wonderful customers. So, we just want to strongly recommend that you check on our website to see what we have available at the moment. We will try to update daily. Now that my cast is off, it will go way faster.

Final note: If you come by and the door is locked, I live right next door to the shop. Sometimes I leave for lunch, or to grab a coffee. So, during our soon-to-be-announced store hours, I will be available. A quick call or text, and I’ll be right there so you can come in.��Also, please excuse our appearance while we restock and set up. The space is beautiful, but we still have lots to do before it’s actually finished.

Cheers, everyone! We have missed our customers and our shop, maybe even more than a lot of you have missed Tval! But the disruptions are over now, and we look forward to being fully stocked and fully back in business soon!

Finally!! 🥳

TVAL has a new home!
We are now located at 586 Water Street, St. John's (just west of Patrick St.) Free Parking ✌️
..now we will need a week or so to set up and make Tval products. We’ll be updating our entire online inventory as we go, so
expect new items to be added daily! Store hours will be irregular since it’s only Bobby (with his broken foot) managing the store. We will keep you posted, but for the fastest and most accurate response regarding stock and shop hours, please email [email protected]

These past few weeks have been busy to say the least 😅 As you may know our lease was up, so Bobby has been clearing out and packing up. We have found another spot further up (down? Higher number anyway 😄) on Water Street. At the moment we are waiting to sign the lease and move in, so we will keep you posted ❤️
