A HUGE welcome to Dr. Tracey Roche. The newest addition to our clinic!

With a new doctor joining us and bringing us up to 6 doctors in our clinic please be advised we are getting a larger influx of phone calls than normal.

To help with this we've also hired and will be training new staff! We will get back to everyone ASAP please just sit tight and bare with us.

Again if this is an emergency PLEASE go to your nearest emergency room.

Our doctors are not at the clinic every day so our responses to you may take longer to complete if we are waiting for answers from the doctors.

Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 11 2026

Our systems have crashed AGAIN - As a result we are unable to access our schedules, tasks or pull up any patient information or charts.

We encourage you to check the My Health App for any appointments upcoming. We will not be answering our phones until this is resolved again as we cannot access your charts to take accurate messages.

Fingers crossed - we should be back up and running again soon!

09/10/2026

Please be advised our systems have been down since 12:30pm. We are currently waiting on an update on when this will be fixed.

Messages and phone calls will be returned as soon as we are able to.

If you are in need of urgent or emergency care please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

07/27/2026

We are aware that our phone lines are currently not working and patients are unable to leave a voicemail.

We will try to answer the phones as much as possible through the day in between helping our in clinic patients and the doctors.

We have reached out to get this fixed immediately!

Thank you for your understanding.

07/01/2026

✨Summer Schedule Coming Soon✨

We know you're all eager to get your summers planned and waiting for appointments can be tough.

We are in the process of finalizing the summer schedule with the hospital and appointments will be booked SOON!

We appreciate everyone calling looking for updates but at the moment we do not have any to share.

When your appointment is booked you will receive a text message, phone call and and email notification to let you know!

Anyone with appointments that will require immediate notification will get a phone call from our office directly instead of the automated call.

Our staff are working hard to return all your phone calls however with the influx in people calling about their appointment statuses for everyone at the clinic this is taking longer than usual.

We have not forgotten about you, we promise!

04/22/2026

We are also transitioning to this new system, you may experience double appointment notifications for the first little bit as well as longer than normal check ins at appointments here.

Please arrive early so we can get you seen in a timely manner while these changes take place!

We’re launching CorCare and your understanding means everything.

CorCare is the new health information system that will improve how you receive care, and how you access your personal health information.

CorCare launches Saturday, April 25. During this change, some services may take a little longer as our teams adjust to a new way of working.

The result will be better care and better health for everyone.

We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Please be advised our clinic is closed today for Good Friday.

We wish everyone a safe and Hoppy Easter weekend.

Dr. Anstey's prenatal clinic will go ahead on monday
