🌿 Let's Talk Wellness! 🌿
As many of you know, my passion for helping others has led me to explore different approaches to wellness, including massage therapy, Reiki, and my current studies in naturopathy. ✨
I wanted to share something I've realized about myself...
When it comes to wellness education, I sometimes have the confidence of a squirrel crossing the road. 🐿️
The moment I think someone isn't interested, I immediately start backing away from the conversation like, "No worries, I'll just take my fun facts about fascia and stress responses with me..." 😂
The truth is, I've always been careful not to overwhelm anyone with information. I never want clients to feel pressured, judged, or like they're being trapped in an unexpected health seminar while lying on the massage table.
But I've realized that sometimes I may be holding back information that could genuinely help someone better understand their body, their pain, their stress levels, or their overall well-being.
So moving forward, I'll be sharing a little more of what I've learned and what I'm continuing to learn through massage therapy, Reiki, and naturopathy.
My goal isn't to tell anyone what they should do. It's simply to offer education, tools, and support for those who are interested.
And if you're thinking, "Cassandra, I love you, but today I just want my massage and a nap," that is completely okay too. 😆💚
