New year, saying hi 👋🏽
Behind this page is me - a postpartum doula and a mom to my three kids. To everyone who’s been here, thank you. And to anyone new, welcome!
As a postpartum doula, I support families in the weeks after birth with newborn care guidance, emotional support, household help, meal prep, and making sure you are cared for while you care for your baby.
I’m grateful to have supported 8 families in 2025, and I currently have Fridays available from January through May - because a clean house and a well-rested mom is a pretty great way to start the weekend!
And if hiring a postpartum doula feels a little… weird at first, having someone come into your space, see the mess, the tears, the real life - you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. This is a judgment-free zone. You don’t need to have it together, tidy up, or explain yourself. I’m there to support you and meet you exactly where you’re at to help make those early weeks/months feel a little lighter.
