Su***de intervention skills are something anyone can learn and they can make a life-saving difference.

Join us in Steinbach for a 2-day ASIST (Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training) workshop through LivingWorks Canada.

🕣 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

💲 $350 per participant

ASIST is an internationally recognized, evidence-based training designed for everyday people — parents, friends, neighbors, coworkers, coaches, volunteers — anyone who wants to feel more confident supporting someone who may be struggling.

Upon completion, participants receive an official LivingWorks ASIST certificate.

During this interactive workshop, you will learn how to:
• Recognize when someone may be thinking about su***de
• Start a direct and caring conversation
• Work with them to develop a plan that supports their immediate safety
• Connect them to further support

No previous training is required. Just a willingness to learn and support others in our community.

✨️ APPRECIATION POST ✨️

🐃 Our medics worked at the Richer Roughstock Rodeo all weekend, and the beautiful team at BIGG SMOAK BBQ decided to keep us fed FREE OF CHARGE all weekend 🤯

🤩 We're definitely treated very well by every organization we work with - but this was above & beyond!!

🥘 If you're ever hungry & walking around this event season, be sure to search out these food trucks, you won't be disappointed - I mean, really.... this BBQ bowl speaks for itself 🤤
