We’ll begin by grounding into nature with a mindful walk through the ravine, connecting with the trees, earth and seasonal landscape.

From there, we’ll move into intentional breathwork and somatic movement to bring awareness back into the body, release tension, and support nervous system regulation.

We’ll explore fascia release through mindful movement and gentle techniques designed to create more space, ease and freedom in the body.

As the afternoon unfolds, we’ll transition into a Golden Hour Somatic Dance Journey—a space to let go of expectations, awaken your feminine life-force energy, express yourself freely, and move from the inside out. ✨

And because this experience is rooted in nature, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy seasonal fruit picking, connecting even more deeply with the land and its abundance. 🍑🌿

We’ll close beneath the energy of the August Sturgeon Full Moon with a meaningful circle to reflect, integrate, release and rise together.

And then… we’ll toast to the experience with a glass of wine at sunset. 🍷✨

Astrologically, Easter is linked to the first full moon after the Spring Equinox ♈️—a time when light returns, days grow longer, and life begins again. This is why the date changes every year… it follows the rhythm of the cosmos, not the calendar 🌸

The egg 🥚 has long symbolized fertility, rebirth, and new beginnings across many cultures—from ancient pagan spring festivals to Christian traditions celebrating resurrection and renewal.

And the rabbit 🐇? Known for its rapid reproduction, it became a universal symbol of abundance, life force, and the awakening of nature after winter 🌿

Different cultures and religions around the world honour this season in their own way—whether through faith, nature, or tradition—but the essence is the same: renewal, hope, and new life 🌼
