One year married to my favourite person 🤍

Four years of choosing each other, growing together, laughing a LOT, and somehow always finding our way back to the golf course. ⛳️😂

Today we’re celebrating our first wedding anniversary and heading off for a little much-needed vacation together. 💜

AAA Healing will be taking a little pause while I’m away, and I’ll be back in office on September 28th. I’ll be soaking up the time away and may be a little slower to respond to messages while I’m gone.

See ya’ll when I’m back, “rested”, recharged, and probably with way too many photos. 🥹😂

Happy anniversary to us. 🤍

You would never know what someone is carrying just by looking at them.

From 13 to 21, I struggled deeply with su***de and survived multiple attempts. I smiled, took photos, spent time with friends, celebrated milestones and looked “fine” from the outside.

My last attempt was at 21.

I’m 28 now — and there is so much life I never would have known was waiting for me.

I share this because su***de does not always have a look. Check on your people. Ask the harder question. Remind someone they matter.

And if you’re the one struggling right now, please stay long enough to meet the versions of you that you haven’t met yet. 💜

In Canada, call or text 9-8-8 for su***de crisis support, 24/7.

Healing doesn’t always look like doing more.
Sometimes it looks like listening, softening, resting, and coming back home to yourself. 🤍

A little booking update 💜

Wednesday appointments are now being reserved for returning clients so I can protect availability for those already receiving ongoing care with me.

New clients are still very welcome to book available Monday and Friday appointments. ✨

If you’re a returning client and would like a Wednesday appointment, please reach out to me directly.

Thank you so much for keeping my little practice so full. 🫶🏼

Does anyone want me to spill the tea about the “haters” I received at mid summer Thursdays at my most recent market? Hahah
