We created a short video to show the difference integrated senior care can make — a morning before Bridge to Care and a morning after. With specialized nursing, safety adaptations, and coordinated support, seniors in Edmonton and Calgary regain daily independence while families feel steadier and safer. Studies show integrated care reduces caregiver burden and improves outcomes; our Alberta teams see that every day. Watch the video and learn more: https://wix.to/bzy24OG 😊🏥👪 . We’re proud to share a local success from Bridge to Care: a participant from Grande Prairie who moved from needing regular support to living with greater independence. Over 12 months they gained daily living and job-readiness skills, logged 120+ hours of community participation, and connected with local partners in Grande Prairie and Edmonton for ongoing services. Our team coordinated culturally respectful care plans that improved confidence, access to resources, and family peace of mind. We’re proud to be building belonging across Alberta with community inclusion initiatives that bring people together. Recently, our inclusive recreation day in Calgary welcomed 75 participants and 20 volunteers, and an employer partnership helped place 6 people in part‑time roles. These programs reduce isolation, spark local connections, and create real social and vocational opportunities. Bridge to Care serves Edmonton, Stony Plain, Calgary, Grande Prairie, and Whitecourt — and we’re here to help your family get involved. Learn more and join us: https://wix.to/t6yu149
