โœจ Nature's Wellness in a Cup โœจ

Thereโ€™s something truly special about watching a pot of Chaga tea steep. The rich, beautiful amber colour is a reminder of the incredible gifts nature provides and the powerful compounds being released into every cup.

๐Ÿ„ Chaga has been valued for generations and is known for its many wellness-supporting properties, including:

โ€ข Rich in antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress
โ€ข Supports a healthy immune system
โ€ข Traditionally used to support overall wellness and vitality
โ€ข May help support healthy inflammation responses
โ€ข A natural source of minerals and beneficial plant compounds

Many people enjoy drinking Chaga tea regularly as part of a healthy lifestyle and wellness routine. Its smooth, earthy flavour makes it an easy addition to your daily self-care practices and can be combined with other plant medicine.

What makes our Chaga especially meaningful is that my daughter and I harvest it ourselves. We head out into the bush in temperatures as cold as -30ยฐC, carefully gathering premium Chaga from birch trees during the winter season when the medicine is at its strongest. It's hard work, but we love bringing this amazing natural resource to our community.

๐Ÿ„ We currently have Chaga available for sale in the shop!

If you're curious about incorporating Chaga into your wellness routine, ask me about how to use Chaga to support your health and wellness goals. I'd be happy to share what I've learned and help you get started.

๐Ÿ“ Before making a trip to the shop, please check our posted hours or call/text 780-898-9742 to confirm we're open, as emergencies and unexpected situations can occasionally affect our schedule.

Here's to wellness, one beautiful amber cup at a time. โ˜•โœจ

Traditional natural herbs and medicine walk

Last chance to register for June's class.

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting three interactive learning events at Misty Tomashewsky Hillaby 's home again this year! She lives just north of Stony Plain.

Introduction to dried traditional plant medicine is a hands-on session focused on identifying and working with dried herbs. Participants will learn their traditional uses, explore them through sampling and smelling, and discover how these medicines can support wellness, self-sufficiency, and connection to ancestral knowledge.

Medicine/plant walk are hands-on sessions that will focus on practical skills such as foraging, identifying edible and medicinal plants in the wild, ethical harvesting practices, and learning how to use herbs. These traditional skills can help increase self-sufficiency, provide alternative approaches to wellness, and help us reconnect with nature in the way our ancestors once did. There will be plenty of grounding and forest bathing on these days!

Positive customer review!!
Client after 4 weeks on chaga.

Thank you for the teaching offering. I am talking to people about your store every chance I get.

Here is an update on me: I am powering through my days without needing a nap, my back pain is down about 60%, and I am sleeping right through the whole night. My lingering โ€œon edgeโ€ stress seems to be dissipating. Could this be coincidence? Who am I to argue with results. I will continue monitoring my situation.

I gave my chaga package to a lady yesterday, and I am looking forward to her report.

I will book something in the future if I can coordinate a small group.
