The absolute best shift that I’ve experienced from the practice is the ability to be MORE present, MORE often. Like most of us it’s so easy to get caught in the future, or the never ending list in the mind, often missing little moments. Being able to train the mind to spend MORE moments so we can be present with the ones you love! That to me is the real gift of mindfulness!
