We’ve had the privilege of being part of this incredible event for several years, and each year we’re inspired by the amazing community that comes together to support such an important cause.

Sandra is a primary care Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years clinical experience. Her passion is health promotion and wellness; she holds a Masters of Public Health (MPH) and is working on her certification in functional and integrative medicine.

Sandra focuses on health and wellness; medical weight loss management and hormone optimization to achieve improved longevity and an enriched healthspan.

The Tír na nÓg Medical Weight Optimization program and hormone replacement therapy program is tailored to each individual and designed to support patients in achieving lasting stability for long-term success.

Men and women can improve their health and longevity through an individualized health and wellness assessment and treatment plan.

We’re excited to once again be part of Hike for Hospice on June 14, 2026 at the 💛👣

This meaningful community event supports the incredible care provided by , and we’re grateful to play a small part in the day.

For the fourth year (4!!!) in a row, Collective Wellness will be set up with a refreshment table, for all hikers 🥤💧 Be sure to stop by, say hello, and rehydrate! (If you were there last year, you know it was a HOT one 🥵)

We can’t wait to come together as a community in support of such an important cause.
