JC Cattle Co. is looking for eager, reliable individuals to join our team and represent us at farmers’ markets this summer and fall. If you love connecting with people, supporting local food, and being part of a growing farm business, we’d love to hear from you!

Position details:
• Availability required on Wednesdays and Saturdays
• Season runs June through October
• Saturdays at the Stratford Farmers’ Market
• Wednesdays at one of our weekly markets
• Set up and take down of market booth (tent, tables, product displays, signage)
• Handling and organizing product, including coolers and inventory management throughout the market
• Engaging with customers—answering questions, educating them on our beef, and sharing our farm story
• Confidently selling products, making recommendations, and upselling cuts and bundles
• Processing transactions (cash and electronic payments) accurately
• Keeping the booth clean, stocked, and visually appealing throughout the day

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from the farm (Milverton)
• Comfortable interacting with customers and handling sales

• Company transportation/mileage can be arranged from the farm to markets

Happy Easter !!
My exams booked! Extended due to schedule conflict
I'm starting a new full time job so I'm taking the last 2 weeks in April to Adjust
Then May- mid June I finish up sessions, I'm currently working with a car accident client with the hot stones which have been phenomenal for his neck and back something about the heat of hot stones that allows one to relax and if your trigger spot is a buggar to release a little work with stones and hands it sure helps .. wether I introduce this as a session time will tell, but I'm definitely enjoying massaging again it's something I never fully had time for and seemed to structured hot stones allows me how I preform best trusting my intuition.. I'm grateful to help my client and use him as a case study it's a win for us both.. soo don't worry I know I've several sets of feet to finish! I'm reaching out this week to schedule in week nights in May !

Had a client/friend tonight he was in car accident Friday I spent about 40 mins massaging his back. incorporated
hot stones..
really focused on his neck that was bothering him the most. He sent this message !

Hoping to get back to doing some massage it felt good. My friend Stephan pushed me to get back to it he says girl you need to do this you have magic hands !! I am certified in aromatherapy massage learned aromatherapy deep tissue but did less clinical hrs hence certification as aromatherapy massage ..
I'm just finishing up being certified in reflexology it's proven difficult finding a mutual time with my teacher, she's 82!

Liz has been busy rearranging to make us a perfect space for treatments ! I will be fully certified in reflexology next month. Looking forward to being able to put my spin on things by incorporating, reiki, aromatherapy and hot stones into sessions ! There's a few more things going on bohemian bloom.. I should be ready to complete clinical hrs soon ..booking hrs for end of March .. watch your inbox !

Okay sooo thinking of a new division to my heart of the soul wellness .. you may or may not know I'm knitting chunky blankets .. even imported yarn ..
I've 2 questions a name

Also what do you think about a 3 hr class ( must test this out ) where you learn a basic knit stitch and make a
lap / baby blanket ?

Finally feeling better, some heath issues with pelvic floor .. back pain stomach pain but think gyno figured out issue Soooo it's time to get back to reflexology !! Those that I need to see 1-2 more x will be in touch to book first 3 weeks of March my exam is to be scheduled and I need to finish!! I haven't forgot I've just been to uncomfortable to facilitate !

Good morning, I don't know about you all but let's talk the lack of sunshine. I've finally admitted to myself I've depression, I've no energy and tired. I have noticed when off my vitamin regimen I hurt significantly ! I've put reflexology on the back burner. And I'm hoping to get back at it I've been tired and travel are issues commuting have my anxiety up, stress cortisone ! Heck this week I was storm stayed 2x I could have done their feet but I'm just exhausted ! Lack of sunshine life stresses of driving in this weather I'm so over commuting which means get your passion of healing modalities going!!

But my body says sit! I'm up average of 3x a night!
I guess what I'm saying to you and me is give yourself permission to rest!
Even if it's an everyday thing. Recognizing it's ok is the first step .. I'm hopeful it warms up inside and out my motivation comes ( weight loss needs to happen too )
But one step at a time my goal is to be certified by mid March yes a delay but that's ok .. February is a milestone birthday and heart month so I will be getting back to it ! For now knitting and resting staying warm an nourished whatever that looks like and being okay with it ..
