Last night’s yin session with Wild Soul Energy Collective was all about slowing down, softening the nervous system, and creating space… physically, mentally, and emotionally.

No pressure. No performance.

Just grounding energy, gentle movement, candlelight, and the reminder that rest is productive too. 🤍
