Hi Phamily !
We hope everyone is adapting well to our province’s newest restrictions. It has been a unique experience trying to operate as a small business during these times, which we are sure other business owners can relate to. The nature of our services has put us in a position where we are constantly flirting with this thin line that separates continually limited operations and potentially exposing people to Covid-19. The alternative is to shut down until our province deems it safe and endure the consequences of a loss of significant income, which can possibly lead to closure of our business. This has been a true test of our ability to “sink or swim” and we have chosen to swim in these un-chartered waters, but not at the cost of our client’s health and safety.
Moving forward, this is what we have come up with for the time being.
CLASSES: EDIT*** ALL CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD!!!
• Our exercise programs will be modified to a low intensity effort
• Class sizes will be limited to 5 people. This limit is subject to continual change.
o This will impact the cost of exercises classes.
• Cost of classes will increase, $5.00/class, until we can increase the limit of class sizes to their original number
o This increase is based on the average value of all classes in the past year and the limit of 5 people per class
• Participants must prebook their classes
o Please text 778-931-1092 to book
o This will operate with a “first come, first served” basis
o Please contact us to inquire about our class schedule
o You will be allowed to book 3 sessions a head of time
• Free access/use of gym outside scheduled training sessions by class participants will be temporarily paused.
o Class participants who want to use the gym outside scheduled training sessions will follow the same guidelines as if they were a drop-in or a member.
PERSONAL TRAINING
• This service can continue and will be close to normal
• Free access/use of gym outside scheduled training sessions by personal training clients will be temporarily paused.
o Personal training clients who want to use the gym outside scheduled training sessions will follow the same guidelines as if they were a drop-in or a member.
PARTNER TRAINING
• This service can continue and will be close to normal if the pair come from the same household.
• If the pair do not come from the same immediate household, the appropriate safety measures will be implemented.
• Free access/use of gym outside scheduled training sessions by partner training participants will be temporarily paused.
o Partner training clients who want to use the gym outside scheduled training sessions will follow the same guidelines as if they were a drop-in or a member.
PRIVATE SMALL GROUP (3 to 5 people) EDIT*** THESE SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD!
• This service can continue and will be close to normal if the participants come from the same household.
• If the participants do not come from the same immediate household, the appropriate safety measures will be implemented.
• Free access/use of gym outside scheduled training sessions by private small group participants will be temporarily paused.
o Private small group training clients who want to use the gym outside scheduled training sessions will follow the same guidelines as if they were a drop-in or a member.
MEMBERS, DROP-IN, AND GYM USE:
• We appreciate all patrons of our business and take pride in anyone who chooses to use any of our services. However, please understand that the income from this particular service alone does not make our business economically viable (this is not a knock, but it is real talk).
• The existence of this service and our business is completely dependent on the income from our training services. So please understand why clients who use our training services will always get priority over our members/drop ins who (only) pay for use of our training facility (again this is not a knock, but real talk).
• Use of our gym by members and drop-ins must prebook a one-hour time slot for our open gym schedule

o This will be a “first come, first served” situation and bookings can be made 24 hours ahead of time.
o Please contact us for our open gym schedule.
• We are prepared to pause or refund the current value (at your cost of refunding) of your memberships on your request.
